How different is this loan from that of Al-Dhameen?

Term Loans are financing solutions to purchase land premises, plant construction, refurbishment, and equipment at competitive rates with fast approval.

Al-Dhameen Loan: If you own a startup or existing small business with less than 3 years in operation and lack collateral to obtain access to funds, then we can assist you with funds for the establishment and growth of your businesses.
 
Any Qatari SME project, enterprise or joint venture (including foreign investors) with an annual turnover that doesn’t exceed QR30 million can apply for the program.
 
If you have more than one project (maximum two), two separate letters of guarantee can be issued, provided that the total value of issued guarantees will not exceed QR20 million.
