Cardless Cash Deposit

Cardless cash deposit service is available now at QNB ATMs without using a card. Here are the steps you need to follow to deposit cash without using your card:

  • Select “Cardless” menu
  • Select “Deposit”
  • Select “Cash Deposit”
  • Enter your QID number
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Enter beneficiary account number (13 Digit)
  • Enter the OTP received by SMS
  • Deposit your cash
  • Review the information then select to deposit more or confirm the transaction
  • Collect the receipt or check your mobile for receipt copy via SMS

Tips for ATM Cash Deposit

For a successful ATM cash deposit transaction, here are some helpful tips:
  • Torn or poor quality banknotes will not be accepted by the ATM
  • Remove rubber bands and clips from notes
  • Ensure that cash is aligned with the deposit slot
  • Follow on screen instructions

Note: Our ATM machines can handle up to 100 notes per insertion whereas the machines labeled as “Bulk Cash Deposit” machines can handle 250 notes per insertion.
