Terms and Conditions:
a. All QNB credit cardholders are eligible for this offer, including QNB staff.
b. The saving of up to 5% will be applied at the time of booking at any Victoria Travels branches in Qatar.
c. Customers will earn 3X points for every eligible holiday package booking. The 2 points will be rewarded automatically and an additional 1 point will be credited by 31 August 2024.
d. There is no cash alternative to the campaign’s rewards.
e. QNB shall not be responsible or liable for any system failure, product variation, cancelation, additional fees incurred or service quality provided by Victoria Travels and/or its partners.
f. QNB shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to continue this offer, as result of any “Force Majeure Event”. “Force Majeure Event”, in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of QNB including amongst other things, strikes and other industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or supra national bodies or authorities in any jurisdiction and any transport, port or air disruption, acts of God, hurricane, tornado, and other weather conditions, strike, lockout or other industrial disturbance, war, riot, sabotage, act of public enemy, terrorist act or gang violence, flood or other natural disaster. In such circumstances, QNB’s obligation to the eligible persons shall automatically stand discharged without necessity to provide notice.
g. QNB will be entitled on its sole discretion and without providing prior notice to change or modify or cancel any of the terms of this campaign or terminate it without liability, after obtaining MOCI’s approval.
h. By participating in these offers, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the general booking terms and conditions of Victoria Travels.
i. All other terms and conditions shall refer to Life Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
j. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar; and the Qatari courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any dispute arising from or in relation whatsoever.
