Who can benefit with the service other than the traveler?
we have made this benefit available to Visa Platinum Debit FCY cardholders to register up to 8 flights for themselves and up to 4 additional passengers on the same journey, so even when you are traveling with family or friend, they can join you free
How it works?
- Make sure to register your flight anytime before your actual departure time
- In the event of a qualifying flight delay announcement, we’ll immediately send you an email with your complimentary airport lounge access vouchers
- This benefit will not be provided if the reported delay doesn’t meet the qualifying delay doesn’t meet the qualifying delay requirements

During registration the following information will be captured and stored in secure servers:
- Cardholder and accompanying passenger names
- Cardholder email address
- Cardholders mobile number
- Flight number
- Flight departure location, date and time
- Flight arrival location, date and time
Flight registration will fail if any of these things happen:
- You try to register a flight after the flight’s actual departure time.
- There are no lounges which are part of the Lounge Key™ network available at the airport you are departing from.
- Flight data is not available for the airline/flight.
Terms and conditions:
- You need to register your flight with the Smart Delay service before travelling. If the airline announces a delay that meets or exceeds the qualifying delay threshold 60 mins, you will receive a Lounge Key™ voucher that provides access to a lounge at the airport where you are delayed.
- The names of the additional passengers must be entered as part of the registration journey and all passengers will receive their own individual lounge voucher.
- Lounge Key™ gives you access to a network of over 1000 of airport lounges worldwide.
- Currently registration is only offered via the website which is accessible via desktop or mobile.
- If you need to change the registration details after registration is completed, you will have to cancel your existing registration and re-register with the new details.
- Please note that cancellation and registration prior to the flight’s actual departure time will not be allowed
